2. What we collect

Through our contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and the details you choose to share about your wedding, such as date, venue, number of guests and your message. When you write to us by email, we receive the information contained in your message.

Like any website, our hosting and network providers may record technical data such as IP address and browser type, for security and to keep the site working.

3. Why, and on what basis

We use your data to reply to your enquiry, send you information and our pricelist, and, if we work together, to manage our contract. The legal basis is the handling of steps you request before entering a contract and the contract itself (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), as well as our legal obligations, for example tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4. Who processes it

Messages sent through the form are delivered to our inbox by Formspree, Inc. (United States), acting as our processor. Our email is provided by Google. Our hosting and network providers keep the site online and secure. Where data is transferred outside the European Union, this happens on the basis of the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to reply and, if no contract follows, for no longer than 24 months. Contract and invoicing records are kept for the period required by Italian law (ten years).

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format, by writing to us at the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

7. Cookies

This site uses no advertising or profiling cookies and no analytics tools. It stores a single technical note in your browser’s session storage, only to remember during your visit that the opening animation has already been shown; it contains no personal data and is deleted when you close the tab. Our typefaces are hosted on our own server, so no data is sent to font providers. The network service that protects the site may set strictly necessary security cookies.

8. Links to other sites

Our pages link to Instagram and to the websites of the venues and suppliers we credit. Those sites have their own privacy policies.
